Meet our team
Ryan Schultz
Professional Dance Instructor, Competitor
Ryan is a dance professional who began as a student in 2010, two years later he made the move to Cleveland to become a professional ballroom dance instructor. In 2014, he received the Fred Astaire Teacher of the Year award for the state of Ohio.
Ryan enjoys teaching all types and levels of students, whether it's for social dancing, wedding choreography, showcase routines, or competition.
Throughout the years, he has also taken part in numerous CASA "Dancing with the Stars", and University Hospital "Dancing with the Docs" charity fundraisers, choreographing for and dancing with participants.
Ryan enjoys all styles of ballroom dancing, including American, International, and social dances.

Nick Malusky
Professional Dance Instructor
Nick is a dance professional specializing in American-style Ballroom since 2011. Starting with a foundation in ballet at age 7, Nick has an extensive performance background in dance and theater, and he is a film school graduate.
He was the proud owner of the "Ballroom By Nick" studio in Davenport, Iowa, from 2019 to 2024. Nick produces and directs several charity fundraising competitions: "Dancing With the Realtors" in Cleveland and Indianapolis, and "SHINE ON Quad Cities."
Available for private lessons, group classes, and wedding dance choreography.
Mariana Lucas
Instructor
Mariana, with her Colombian heritage, hails from the enchanting realm of Latin dance.
She has graced numerous showcases with her performances and is passionate about teaching her students the artistry of dance that has been her inspiration.
Her delight lies in imparting the elegance of Ballroom dancing to wedding couples and new students alike, a beauty deeply rooted within her.
